Waddup you cute patooties, last drop I was the one creating and packaging all the merch. This drop I am working with a 3rd party (printful) so that I can FINALLY ship over seas!! With that being said I'm limited on how much I can help with orders but here's all the info you'll need incase you run into any issues. 

• All Sales Final: NO REFUNDS. Be sure to TRIPLE check your address, size etc. Due to the nature of working with printful (a third party) all sales are FINAL. So, if your child stole your card and purchased a hoodie... or you "accidentally" searched cyclegroover.com, selected merch, typed in your card info and placed an order "ACCIDENTALLY"... you are outta luck... and should probably stay off the internet. 
• In the event of a lost package or a package that was missent, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
